Introduction
For partners that have migrated from PRISM to Cloud-iQ, the Billing Sync source can also be migrated if they choose to continue using Billing Sync.
This tool is created to minimize the work needed to get Billing Sync up to speed after the partner source is migrated.
How-to
To perform the Billing Sync migration, partners need to inform Billing Support team
- Send an email with the following details to billing.sync@crayon.com
- use "Billing Sync - Cloud-iQ Migration" as the subject
- Business name
- Prism company name and agreement number
- Cloud-iQ company name
- Allow some time for the support team to reply with confirmation migration is initiated

Once confirmation is received by email, the next time Prism account is used to log into Billing Sync the following message will appear in Notifications section:-

Log out of Billing Sync, sign back in using Cloud-iQ:-

Once logged-in using Cloud-iQ credentials, check the Notifications area for the fllowing message:-
- Click on "Click to start"
- Select "Begin" and follow the steps provided
