Q: At what time are the daily syncs scheduled?
A: The daily syncs are schedule at the following times:-
Products: 15:00hrs UTC
Customers: 16:15hrs UTC
Partners: 3:00hrs UTC
UserAccounts: 3:30hrs UTC
Q: Can you manually trigger/initiate a sync outside these times?
A: Yes, you can initiate a sync manually by selecting the configured PSA in the left navigation pane > Billing > click on
Users
Q: How to add users for Billing Sync
A: Billing Sync obtains users from the source portal (Cloud-iQ or PRISM). You need to have 1st have a user in Cloud-iQ/PRISM to be a user in Billing Sync. If you have a user in the source portal, please contact support to enable the Billing Sync user.
