Connecting Source API

Once you have obtained the API credentials from either Cloud-iQ or PRISM, perform the following steps to add it to Billing Sync.

1. Under Configuration at the navigation pane, select Connections
2. You should be able to see your sources like below.

Cloud-iQ API

For Cloud-IQ users, obtain the following information and filled the form:-

• - Organization ID - within the link when accessing the Cloud-iQ portal there should be 7 digit ID (https://cloudiq.crayon.com/clients/?organizationId=*******)
• Client ID and Secret - obtained from Cloud-iQ API Management
• Username and Password - your Cloud-iQ username and password

Prism API

For Prism users you need the Client ID and Secret created in Prism Client Credentials:-
