Cloud-iQ API

Introduction

To work with Cloud-iQ, Billing Sync requires the API credentials.

Follow the steps below to create the API credentials.

Cloud-iQ API Credentials

To access the Cloud-iQ API, the partner must generate the credentials via Cloud-iQ API Management.

• Navigate to API Management

• Click on +Add Client

• In the Add Client screen perform the following:
• Add a name to the client such as "Contoso Cloud-iQ"
• Select Resource Owner as Flow
• Click Save​
• You can now see you have a client ID and a "Client Secrets" tab
• Go to the Client Secrets tab and click on "Add Secret"

• Give the client secret a name such as "Billing Sync API" and click "Save"

*The client secret will only be shown once. If you lose the secret you must generate a new set of credentials.
