PRISM API

Introduction

To work with PRISM, Billing Sync requires the API credentials.

Follow the steps below to create the API credentials.

PRISM API Credentials

To access the PRISM API the partner will need to generate the credentials via PRISM.

• Navigate to Customer Management
• On the Parent Customer (first one in the list) click view

• Click the Manage Client Credentials button

• Click the Generate Client Credentials button

​
 

• Complete the form and store the Client Id and the Client Secret* in a secure location.

*The client secret will only be shown once. If you lose the secret you must generate a new set of credentials.
