To set up Syncro as your PSA system through Billing Sync, please follow the below steps before moving on to the next phase.
Create or Access Syncro Account
New Account:

Create a Syncro account by visiting the Syncro website and starting a free trial or Book a Demo
Existing Account:
- Log into Syncro Home and sign in using your previously created credentials.
Configure Syncro API and Software Inventory Category
Syncro API Custom Permissions Set-Up
To generate an API Token:
- From the Dashboard after logging into Syncro find Admin in the top ribbon extended options (More> > Admin):
- Scroll down to the bottom of admin options and find API Tokens under API section
- Click on New Token and go to Custom Permissions
- Tick the following permissions

Scroll down to the bottom and click on Create Token and Save the Token displayed here. It will only be shown once.
Hit Done
Creating a Software Inventory Category
- From the Dashboard after logging into Syncro find Admin in the top ribbon extended options (More> > Admin):

Find 'Category Editor' and add 'Software' category to the root

Customer Set-Up
Each customer you wish to enable via Syncro required a company record with at least 1 Recurring Invoice Schedule setup for it.
- Navigate to Customers and search for the customer you wish to set-up.
- Select the customer
- In the customer's Overview, look for the + New and select "Recurring Invoice"
- Fill up the schedule details and click on "Create Schedule" once completed.
